RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 22- 0��-CC
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED ARPA LOST REVENUE FUND
#193.001
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund # 193.001 titled "ARPALost Revenue Fund" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicatedto the funds received pursuant to the American
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) passed in March 202 1; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund
accomplished without a public hearinmay be
g Pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective offices.
