RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED PAYROLL REMITS FUND
#504.184
RESOLUTION No. 22- 061 -cc
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #504.184 titled "Payroll Remits Fund" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund will account forpayroll generated payments to external agencies
that are issued during payroll, deposited with the County Treasurer and then periodically
remitted based on the external agencies' reporting schedule; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer •of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY9 STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish •this fund in their respective offices.
