RESOLUTION RELATING TO THERESOLUTION N®, 22- ok".)x
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED JAIL CONSTRUCTION BOND
FUND #313.001
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention •of the Board of County Commissioners
that •a new fund #313.001 titled "Jail Construction Bond"should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund will account for bondproceeds the county has received for the
construction of the new jail; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and
transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 113Y THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY9 STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed •above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective offices.
