RE: Budget Extension Request using Trial Court Improvement Funds
To Whom It May Concern:

Melissa K. Chlarson, Court Commissioner
District Court would like to request a mately $125,000.00 from the Trial Court Improvement Account for
soundproofing in courtroom 301.
Attached is a financial summary of the trial court improvement funds provided by Katie in accounting as well as
an email between myself, Kevin Schmidt, and Tom Gaines regarding the cost and recommendation.
Please accept this letter as our request for funds.
