Re: Budget Extension for use of 2019 State Homeland Security Program Grant (E20-
074-1). Budget Extension request is in the amount of $39,700.16. The extension is
needed as revenue was budgeted in 2022 but the expense of 39.7.QQJLaAo

All expenses will be under the above expense code.
Emergency Management is requesting authorization to purchase 23 FM54 Twin
Port Air Purifying respirator systems. This package includes 23 Generation 2 voice
projection units with microphone assembly, 46 clear outset assemblies, 23 15'
communication leads,, and 4 vision corrections assemblies. ($35,,361.70)
I'm also requesting to purchase 6 CTCF50 Riot Agent Canisters ($1,122.00). Total
purchase price including tax is $39,700.16
This equipment will be used for the Moses Lake Tactical Response Team, which is a
multi -jurisdictional unit which services Grant County, municipal agencies in Grant
County, and surrounding Counties.
These funds will come from our multiyear grant as mentioned above. Curtis Blue
