One (1) 202#3 Ford P150 4x4 Ext Cab pickup. for the Public Works Motor Pool for the amount of
$53,240.66 including sales tax through Department of Enterprise Services contract #05916.
The above equipment, will replace vehicle #0113. Ford Motor Company opened the order bank on July
27 and, is closing on August 10. Tis is the only opportunity to purchase the. vehicles this. year. If this
i
vehicle is not purchased at this time our next possible purchasig date would put the delivery of this
vehicleinto the 2024 calendar year.
This equipment will be dell.vered and invoiced in 2023 and will be parts of the 20.23 Equipment Expense
Prograzi.
I have reviewed t1winformation and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these items.
