Re: Installation of a Ballot Box at Grant County Road District I (Hartline)
Dear Commissioners co-nnt ommissioners,
Per a conversation with our Civil Attorney Rebekah Ka for she advised us we did
not have to process a contract just need approval from the boardi,
I am requesting approval for placement of a ballot box at Grant County Road
District I (Hartline). Public Works clad I have worked together to find an
appropriate placement,
