Overview
The Coulee City has requested a purchase of Gravel Material from the
County. District 1 staff would manage and conduct the pit work, haul,
and delivery for the Gravel to the City. The Reimbursable Work
Request Form includes a request for the work to be completed by
November 1 st (Attachment A)
The amount of $1,500 is just above the old 1970's agreement
threshold of $1,000 for Board Approval. The $1,000 threshold may
be too small now some (50) years later. Changing the agreements
would be difficult as there are dozens of these long-term agreements
on file. Raising the threshold amount to the general Public Works
Authorized Amount of $5,000 should be discussed in the future.
