Renew would like to replace the lighting that we currently have throughout our Moses Lake Main Office,
This consists of removing and installation of specified lighting fixtures and replacement of the ceiling
panels. This will help save money on power and cost of replacing and recycling light bulbs.
Working with County Maintenance, there was a building walkthrough with three different contractors
and we received one bid from Northwest Edison. The cost breakdown:
Installation with tax $37,940.00
Cost of lighting fixtures $28,738.05
Total cost of project $660678.06
We budgeted $60,000 for this project in the current year budget, This will come from account
108.150.00.0000.594.64.6400 (Capital Outlay). The $6,678.05 over budget will come from the same
account from our remodel line item. We are also expecting to receive a rebate from PUD estimated to
be $4,900.
