On Call Engineering Support:
-Bridge Engineering Support on an as -needed basis
The Local Agency of ouaty Public Works
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with Nicholls Kovich.Enginecring, IULC
and executed on 3/10/2020 and identified as Agreement No.
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
"Engineering approval of final plat mylars" removed from Scope of Work.

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: Completion date chanted to 12131/2023.
Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
The new maximum amount payable is now $102,754.59. $102,754.59 minus previously billed $32,754.59
gives $70,000.00 remaining.
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement. '
