Franklin County has requested a Clop Spreader with
an Operator to Chip Seal (29) miles of roads over an
estimated (12) workdays. District 1 staff would
manage and conduct the reimbursable work. The
Reimbursable Work Request Form includes a
request for the work to be completed by the end of
September (Attachment A).
• Chip Box $174/hour
• Operator $48/hour
• Operator Lodging $200/day
• 10% Admin Fee
$2,662 per 10 Hour Workday
