RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 22- O(OO-CC
CREATION OF A NEW FUND TITLED
VESSEL REGISTRATION FEE FUND
#142.001
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #142.001 titled "Vessel Registration Fee Fund" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicated to funds received from the State of Washington
as allowable per RCW 8 8.02.065 and RCW 79A.60.010 and are restricted to boating safety,
education and enforcement; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective offices.
