As we have a shortage (or complete lack of) GIS employees in the County at this time, and both
positions in the County are unfilled, I have reached out to Franklin County for help. They are gracious
enough to loan me, on a very limited basis one of their employees.
I am asking the Board to allow me to pay for that employee when she works for Grant County along
with- reimbursing the mileage and meals for this employee. This will be on a limited basis until we can
get the positions filled with qualified people and get them up to speed.
