Dear Commissioners,
In the spirit of the Sage `n Sun Youth Parade, the Rotary Club of Ephrata would like to request
use of the Courthouse front Lawn on Thursday, June 9th at approximately 6 pm to 8 pm.
We would like to use the lawn as the finish area for the parade so that we can recognize the
participants and serve popsicles and water. We will have clean up crew to ensure that all
garbage is picked up and Ithe lawn is returned in the same condition as we found it.
The Rotary club is excited to participate in this event once again after a couple of years of not
being able to hold this tradition anal appreciate your consideration of this request. Should you
