Attached is a request from Port of Quincy asking for an extension of the completion
date on. SIP project #2020-06. The e-mails from the Port explain the project is
complete, but they had not received the final invoices so are requesting an
extension until June 1, 2022 to wrap up the reimbursement request. Also attached
is a signed Project Certification indicating the project has been completed.
The completion date can be extended as long as it is noted we are waiving the
notice requirement. Please indicate the BOCC is waiving this requirement by
initialing below.

Hi Janice,
Here is the signed form showing the project is complete. We were just waiting to make sure the final invoice was in
from Tommer construction.
Darci is out of the office till the 17t", so we would request an extension till 6/1/22 to make sure all invoices have been
received and turned into the County.

Attached is the certification form. Please send along with a request to extend the completion date due to you not
having the invoicing in from the subs, but that the work is completed. Also please indicate a specific extension date.
