SUBRECPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF GRANT COUNTY SIGNED THE 29TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2020
Section 5, Compensation is hereby amended as follows:
The maximum total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be decreased
by $248,065.46 for a total of $30,400.54, on contract #20-4613C-1 00, CFDA 14.231.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.
