During the past summers and winters, it has been re '
repeatedly mentioned that the lobby area on
the first floor of the Old Courthouse b the office e •

• p the space. McKinstry, who was the
installer of the AC equipment for the area was con °
contacted to review the area and provide
solutions to get more airflow to stabilize the temperature '

1VIcKinstry has provided a proposal to meet this request. q est. Their proposal would add more airflow
to the area by adding more ducting and registers. The •
g project would Include coring holes in walls
speeding up the existing supply fan, installation of additional '
onal ducting and registers, and
balancing airflow as needed.
Therefore, I am asking the Grant County Board of Commissioners for approval to proceed with

Lobby HVAC capital project funded from the 308 -fund account
308-000-00-0000.594186210, This project is included in the 2022 capitalwith abudgetary cost of $15,000. '
