RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF
THE APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE
OF THE NCW LIBRARIES DISTRICT
RESOLUTION No.2022-05
WHEREAS, Ms. Katherine Meade has served as the Ferry Count representative
Yon the NCW Libraries
District Board of Trustees since 2017; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Meade has submitted a letter for her resignation effective October 21, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Nancy Churchill, a resident of Ferry County, has submitted her interest to represent Ferry
County on the Board of Trustees of NCW Libraries.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ferry County Board of Commissioners appoints Nancy
Churchill to complete the term of Katherine Meade to Ferry represent p y Count y on the Board of Trustees
of the NCW Libraries comprised of Grant, Chelan, Douglas, Ferryand Okanogan g n Counties said term
expires December 31, 2026.
