Amendment purpose is to increase the total amount payable by the County to the Subrecipient by $120,060.00 for a new total of $1,308,455.00. 10. Request to proceed with fencing installation around the practice arena with lowest bidder, Bishop Contracting in the amount of $37,017.60 to be paid from budget number 132.178.00.9116.594756214. If approved, a contract will be signed with a term of April, 2022 through June 2022. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 17. Request to proceed with courthouse lobby HVAC improvement with McKinstry in the amount of $10,452.22 including tax. This was included in the 2022 capital budget plan and will be paid for out of the 308 -fund account. PROSECUTING ATTORNEY 18. One Washington Memorandum of Understanding between Washington Municipalities between the people of the State of Washington and its communities who have been harmed by the entities with the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain who manufacture, distribute, and disperse prescription opioids. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 19. Request to purchase Forensic Phone equipment and software from Cellebrite in the amount of $9,,804.79 to be paid from the 109.151.00.0000.494216400 INET Capital Outlay account. 20. Request to purchase a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe, VIN #1GNSKDEC4GR146766 from Grant County Public Works in the amount of $15,000.00 to utilize as a backup vehicle for the K9 unit. This will be purchased from budge line INET Capital Outlay account 118.19 5.00.0000.5 94216400 . 21. Agreement for Mutual use of Jail Facilities with Benton County to provide each party access to the other party's jail facilities when it is deemed to be in the best interest of both Counties. (Nickels) 22. Request to re -allocate funding (budget transfer) from two of the previously approved new Corrections positions for two new Support Specialist Positions due to increased workload in the Administration and Corrections division. One support position would be funded from (115) Jail fund, the second would be funded from (114) Sheriff fund. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 23. Purchase order No. 408 in the amount of $9,,702.09 from Lexipol, for annual law enforcement policy manual and daily training bulletins for Grant County Sheriff's Office.
