Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. 2. Budget transfer request from the Healthcare Reserve Fund 525.000 to Interfund Benefits 505.184 in the amount of $500,000.00 to maintain a positive balance for April. A budget transfer is also being requested from the Other Benefits Fund 508 to Interfund Benefits 505 in the amount of $21,,750.00 for the expense of the wellness incentive paid to employees. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program Grant (E -RAP 2.0) No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $64,677.46 for March expenses. 8. Denial letter to Hunter Cleveringa for his application to serve on the Horticultural Pest& Disease Board. 9. Letter of acceptance to the Washington State Department of Natural Resources confirming Grant County's interest in the receipt of the 640 -acre Parcel No. 170100000 which constitutes all of Section 16, Township 18 North 28 East W.M., Grant County, Washington. This is being proposed under the 2023-2025 Trust Land Transfer Program. The County intends to maintain its current use of open space for outdoor recreation as an ATV Park. 10. Funding recommendation from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Committee to approve funding for a non-profit entity, the American Legion Post 157 in the amount of $40,000.00 for lost revenue. 11. Funding recommendation from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Committee to approve funding for Hospitals/Medical facilities. Funding will be provided to McKay for lost revenue and new construction in the amount of $1,140.,717.00, Samaritan Hospital for new hospital construction in the amount of $2,000,000.00, as well as Port of Coulee City for development of new medical building in the amount of $1,169,000.00. 12. Approval of Grant County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Tourism Promotion Agreement as follows: Grant # Funds For: Organization Name: $Amount 2022-18 Event Promotion Spring Festival $ 30,000.00 2022-17 Event Promotion Freedom Festival $15,,000.00 CORONERS OFFICE: 14. Budget extension request in the amount of $9,111.21 to fund 001.120 for lighting installation services on their new Coroner Vehicle, using Day Wireless. This was approved in their 2021 budget and ARPA funds were also approved for this expense. The expense did not occur in 2021 so this extension and transfer of ARPA funds must be approved for 2022. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE: 15. Request to proceed with 4H building, RTU 1 Compressor replacement with Basin Refrigeration in the amount of $7,042.00 plus tax. This project will be funded from the Facilities Repair Budget 001.112. 16. Request to proceed with Wheeler Road facility roof wiring to lowest bidder, Farmers Electric in the amount of $15.,018.85 including tax. This project will be funded from the Wheeler Road Roof Replacement Project 126.168. If approved, a contract will be signed. PI IRI If \l1MPIN 17. Request to increase ER&R motor pool mileage per diem rate from $.45/mile to $.585/mile due to inflation and fuel costs. 18. Resolution -Notice of Hearing for ordinance modifying Chapter 11.36.020 to Grant County code title 11, vehicles and traffic allowing the use of wheeled all -terrain vehicles upon designated county roads, specifically Desert Aire roads. Hearing is set for May 24, 2022 at 3:15 p.m. RENEW 19. Interlocal agreement between Renew and the Wahluke School District regarding counseling services. Term of agreement is February 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 20. Budget extension request in the amount of $6,567.29 allocated to account 118.195 to pay for a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe that will be utilized as a primary K9 backup vehicle. 21. Budget extension request in the amount of $75,,521.12 for the purchase of Panasonic Toughbooks. This was approved in their 2021 budget using Law and Justice funds 121. Out of state travel requests for Peter Hibbard, Darci Alamos, and Brett Hill to attend training for the Drug Court Program in Nashville, Tennessee July 24-28, 2022. Cost of travel is $2,763.86 per person for a total of $8,291.58. This will be funded from the Department of Justice Grant. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 23. Purchase order 411 in the amount of $90,,535.16 from CDWGI for the purchase of computer equipment and scanners for the 2016/2017 QUAD replacements. 24. Purchase order 412 in the amount of $7,,237.82 from Lenovo for the purchase of ThinkStation P720 Workstation. 25. Purchase order 413 in the amount of $16.,514.74 from Ednetics for NetCloud Mobile Essentials Plan renewals. 7.
