ADDENDUM NO. 1
This Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement Addendum No. 1 is entered into as of ,
20225 by and between Moses Lake School District No. 161, a Washington state municipal corporation
("Seller") and Grant County, a Washington state municipal corporation ("Purchaser").
WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement dated ,
2022;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend that Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement on the
following terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect except for the following modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties agree to amend the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement as follows:
The Date of Closing in Section 8 is extended from "on or before Friday, April 29, 2022" to "on or
before Thursday, June 30, 2022."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly
authorized representatives.
