Honorable Grant County Commissioners,
I just spolke with Katie in accounting to get the billing code for the attached invoice. This invoice is dated
November 22, 2021 for installing lighting in our new coroner's pickup. Because of covi.d related
problems getting all the lights etc, the lights were Pot installed until January 19, 2022. Irecti lived the bill
and submitted it to be paid based on the Capital Outlay approved for 20220 Katie 'Informed me that
since the lights were budgeted to be paid in 2021 and were not installed before the end of the year that
I needed to get abudget extension.
Based on the information I have received, Im respectfully asking for a budget extension in the amount
Of $9;1421 to pay Day Wireless for their services. - J04--- 1-2b
