AGREEMENT AMENDING WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
EVICTION RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 2.0
SUBRECPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF GRANT COUNTY
SIGNED THE 2ND. DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2021
Section 5, Compensation is hereby amended as follows:
The maximum total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be increased
by $3,767,202.68 for a total of $12,743,232.68, per attached Amendment A, including budget, to
contract #21-4619C-108.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.

Amendment and the following other documents incorporated by reference: Contractor Terms and Conditions including Attachment
"B" — Budget. A copy of this Contract Amendment shall be attached to and made a part of the original Contract between
COMMERCE and the Contractor. Any reference in the original Contract to the "Contract" shall mean the "Contract as -Amended".
