hereafter may be used on the aforesaid premises; all and singular the tenements,, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; all the estate,, title, dower,
right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of GRANT COUNTY; the reversion and

The acquiring federal agency is the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation pursuant
to the provisions of the Act of June 17, 1902(32 Stat. 3 8 8) and acts amendatory thereof or
supplementary thereto.
