Open Forum for Citizen Input (3 minutes per person, 15 -minute time limit) o Sterling Knutsen came to discuss a Boundary Line Adjustment for Bill Stevens and interpretation of the Unified Development Code Ch. 22.04 for parcels 161835002 and 161835000. o David Hunt discussed his concerns with County Government. 3. Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Correspondence (ie. Consent Agenda- (Items 1 through 29) All items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion of the commissioners with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve the consent agenda as presented with the following amendments: Item 12 is amended to the payment amount of $50,000.00; and item 29 it was decided that Law and Justice Funds will be used to supplement the Department of Justice grant. Recommendation to award lowest bidder, Basin Refrigeration and Heating Inc. for the FM2206 CDB HVAC project in AHU 1 and AHU 2 in the amount of $39,.809.90 including tax. This will be paid from the Facilities and Maintenance Capital Project Account 132.178.00.9112.594186210. This was approved on the 3/1/22 consent agenda. The agreement was provided to sign with Basin Refrigeration. 16. Recommendation to award lowest bidder, Signature Roof Service LLC for the Wheeler Road roof replacement project in the amount of $126,828.00. This will be purchased from County Roads Fund 101. 19. Request to the County Road Department for the reimbursable work between Grant County and the City of Ephrata. Grant County to conduct a flagging class no later than March 31, 2022 and a maximum amount of $1,,200.00. 20. Request to purchase overhead crane lift motor from McDal Corporation in the amount of $6,.556.67. This will be purchased from 510 Equipment Rental and Replacement Fund. This item was not budgeted for the 2022 year, a budget transfer will be submitted to the Accounting Department. 21. Request to purchase rollup signs and stands through Washington State DES Contract No. 02717. Purchases will be made from Dicke Safety Products in the amount of $14,151.09. 22. Resolution initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No. 22-02 on Dodson Road Overlay Phase 2, 3, and 4 from 4 -NW to SR 282. This project will overlay the road with a 0.17' thickness Hot Mix Asphalt overlay in two lifts. Resolution No. 22 -028 -CC RENEW 23. Request to purchase paging system from Ednetics in the amount of $25,069.05. This was previously approved, but the quote had expired before purchase. Purchase will be funded from account 594.64.6400 (Capital). SHERIFF'S OFFICE 24. Request to purchase 10 Taser TSR X2 2 shot taser packages from Proforce Law Enforcement in the amount of 18,026.38. This was previously authorized under the Corrections budget 001-115. 25. Request to purchase Keywatcher touch system cabinet from Morse Watchmans in the amount of $15,810.41 including tax. This was previously authorized under the Corrections budget 001-115. 26. Request to purchase Axon Body Cameras from Axon Enterprise, Inc in the amount of $10.,651.74. This was previously authorized as a capital purchase under the Corrections budget 001-115. 27. Interlocal Agreement Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team with City of Quincy, City of Moses Lake, and Adams County to establish a multi -jurisdictional SWAT team known as the "Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team" ("TRT"). SUPERIOR COURT 28. Request to purchase copier for their Drug Court from Kelley Connect in the amount of $7,978.24. This will be purchased with grant funds received from HIDTA (001.103).
