DRAWINGS AND MANUA LS McDal shal I supply a sufficient number, as McDal deems necessary, of drawings, catalog cuts, calculations, data sheets, wiring diagrams, etc. so that Purchaser may review same ror confomance to Equipment specifications. Purchaser shall use due care in approving drawings, etc. A copy of final prints is available upon request. Seller will pmvide (unless otherwise noted herein) a maintenance and/or parts manual if applicable. P.E. signed/scaled dmwlings and calculations are NOT included in this proposal and will add costs, if required. 12. LOAD TESTS: McDal does not supply test weights or load testing of the Equipment unless otherwise specified in our proposal. Functional testing and Load testing of equipment by McDal. Power must be available and turned ON to perform the Functional and Load testing. Any delays due to lack of power Will result in additional charges at our -standard rates. 13. TRAINING: The buyer assumes the risk of training its employeeson the operation and safe use of the equipment, and ensuring that after installation, the equipment is used in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, the manufacturer's guidelines and safety practices. Unless expressly included in this quote, McDal is not obligated to provide supplemcntal training *Apith the equipment delivery andlor installation. 14.
