Central Services advertised and held a bid opening for mowing services at the Grant County
Fairgrounds. This work includes nearly seventeen acres of lawn that must be mowed, edged, and
walkways cleaned of clippings each week and includes specific care around the Grant County
Fair.
Twenty -One companies were invited to bid, and we received two responsive bids.
Dircio's Landscaping Inc $9,338.57 per month
KJs Lawn Care and Maintenance LLC $5,300.00 per month
(Not including sales tax).
KYs Lawn Care provided the same price as last year, and I am confident they will continue to
perform well under this contract. This contract is funded through the Central Services (facilities)
Contracted Services budget line 001.112-00-0000.518304101
With the Board's permission, Central Services will award a two-year professional services
contract with an option to extend a third year to KYs Lawn Care and Maintenance LLC.
