WHEREAS, THE WARDEN HIGH SCHOOL LADY COUGARS GIRLS BASKETBALL
TEAM and their 2022 State 2B1ST PLACE FINISH have brought great honor and recognition to
WARDEN HIGH SCHOOL., THE CITY OF WARDEN AND GRANT COUNTY, and
WHEREAS they are a great example of all t . hat is wholesome in the youth of Grant
County, and
WHEREAS, Grant County wants to recognize and applaud the example of leadership
they have exhibited to today's youth, and
WHEREAS, they have shown what dedication and determination in striving to
accomplish goals can do, and
WHEREAS, they have shown perseverance throughout a year long process and
attained State recognition by finishingl ST lace in the State of Washington for your division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT that the Grant
County Commissioners and all the citizens of Grant County thank them for representing our
County so well and congratulate them on a • job well done.
