RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 22- U"N

GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
GLOCK 22 PISTOLS
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns two (2) Glock 22, 40 Caliber
pistols (SN: VYX368/VSL744, Asset ID# 104626/105203); and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Office has determined that this device is no longer needed by
their office; and

WHEREAS, The Sheriffs Office is requesting that the Board of Count Commissioners

declare surplus these pistols with the intent to sell them to Old World Trading Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of
County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-mentioned Pistols to sell to Old
World
Trading Company.
