When the previous prosecuting attorney vacated the office, he took the furniture that was in the
office with him as it was his personal property. We were able to put together a desk for the
current PA to work on and have procured quotes to properly re -furnish this space with a desk
built for the room that has the sit/stand work option, with overhead storages, and files cabinets.
CDA would deliver and assemble the furniture. The quote and layout are available for your
review.
Therefore, I am asking the Grant County Board of Commissioners for approval to proceed with
this project. The cost for the project would be paid from the Facilities and Maintenance Capital
for Interior Improvements account code 126.168.00.9112.594186210 which is funded via Reet 1
and has enough of a balance remaining to cover this project.
