Call to order 2. Open Forum for Citizen Input (3 minutes per person, 15 -minute time limit) None 3. Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Correspondence (ie. Consent Agenda- (Items 1 through 38) All items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion of the commissioners with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the agenda. After discussion, the motion was amended to amend item 19 to include a budget extension request. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones to approve the agenda as amended, seconded by Commissioner Carter. The motion passed unanimously. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (In the amount of $422,694.27) 2. Authorization of Canvassing Board Representatives - Auditor's Staff, to act under authority given in RCW 29A.60 for Dedra Osborn, Kaylyn Orozco, and Aleanah Lopez to act as representatives for the County; and for Alana DeGooyer, Sally Goodwin, Karrie Stockton and Sherri Housknecht to handle the ballots through the mail room process for a Special Election to be held on April 26, 2022. 3. Interlocal Agreement between Grant County, the Port of Moses Lake and the City of Moses Lake regarding the local government review of the Port of Moses Lake's Crab Creek Railroad Bridge Project. Term is upon signature till the project is complete. Resolution No. 22 -027 -CC 16. Reimbursement request from Housing Authority on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (E -RAP 2.0) grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $1.,141.,774.90 for February 2022 expenses. CENTRAL SERVICES 17. Request to authorize a "Notice to Proceed" for the Architect of record, CRA and Associates to begin survey work on the new jail site. Approximate surveying costs will be $60,000.00 funded from account No. 311.001.00.0000.594236100. 18. Budget extension request in the amount of $608.,110.00 from REET 1 to fund the Bathroom Project (CSD2201fg) at the fairgrounds. This project was budgeted but the final bid came in higher than projected. Public Hearing was set for April 5, 2022 at 3:15 p.m. 19. Request to authorize the posting of new position of additional groundskeeper at the fairgrounds. During the meeting, a budget extension was approved to fund this position in the approximate amount of $65,,000.00. The public Hearing was set for April 5, 2022 at 3:15 p.m. 20. Budget extension in the amount of $20,548.41 from REET 1 funds to fund the Barn Water Addition Project (CSD2202fg) at the fairgrounds.
