On February 28, as directed by the Board, Central Services tendered a purchase offer to Karl K.
Northrup DBA Ephrata Family Dentistry for the building located across the street from the
Courthouse.
The offer was for the appraised value of $455,000. The offer was rejected. This letter is an FYI
to close the record of this transaction. Currently, the County does not expect to change its offer.
If Mr. Northrup provides a counteroffer in the future, it will be brought before the board.
