RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPERTY RESOLUTION No. 21- A Sf -CC
SURPLUS: PARCEL 17-0928-002 IN
SECTION 14 T20N R28EWM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, determined
that certain properties are eligible to be declared surplus, and
WHEREAS Grant County closed the Gloyd drop box in February of 2007, and
Legal Description: Parcel 170928002 NWSWSW LS WEST 40114 20 28,
all in Grant County, Washington, and
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners did consider briefing given by Grant County
Public Works, together with any evidence for or objection against said declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners, APPROVE DECLARING the Parcel 17-0928-002 to be surplus and be sold to the
United States Bureau of Reclamation.
