Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Sam Castro, Public Works Director Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director Public: See sign in sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus of Parcel No. 170928002 for sale to the United States Bureau of Reclamation located in S 14, T 20 N, R 28 E WM, formerly known as the Gloyd Drop Box. Sam Castro, Public Works Director gave a brief synopsis of the surplus and the intent to sell the property to the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) for the amount of $46.,165.00. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
