040020000 known as Lots 1-4 Block 3 Quincy
Original Plat
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, determined
that certain properties are eligible to be declared surplus, and
WHEREAS Grant County has several unused parcels in the town of Quincy,
Legal Description: Parcels 040017000, 040018000,0400190009 040020000 known as Lots 1-4
Block 3 Quincy Original Plat, all in Grant County, Washington, and
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners did consider briefing given by Grant County
Public Works, together with any evidence for or objection against said declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners, APPROVE DECLARING the Parcels 040017000, 04001800090400190009 040020000
known as Lots 1-4 Block 3 Quincy Original Plat to be surplus and be sold to the City of Quincy.
