840 tons of Category 8B14B Ice Slicer Road Salt in the amount of $142,942.80 delivered,
excluding sales tax from EnviroTech Inc., 910 54th Avenue #230 Greeley, CO 80634, through
Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract No. 02714. Price per ton is
$170.17.
This product will be used for snow and ice control.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward With the purchase of this
product.
