Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director Public: See sign in sheet 3:04 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Ch. 11.32 of the Grant County Code titled "No Parking Areas" to add two cul-de-sacs located west of State Route 17 and north of the City of Moses Lake (Grandview North and Grandview South). Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director discussed the proposed ordinance. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
