By this letter I am requesting permission for Dan Dale to attend a defense interview in.
Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Mr. Dale will 'be required to leave on October 27, 2021,
returning October 29, 2021. The'Interview will be of one of the primary witnesses in
the matter of State of Washington v. Daniel Phillips, Grant County Cause No. 18-1-
00753-13, The interview of the victim will be on October 28, 2021 at the Manor
Township Police Department in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Defense counsel *In this matter is unwiffling to conduct the *interview by'WebEx and has
requested an in-person interview with the victim. As the defense attorney and
investigator will be -present at the interview, I feet'it is also beneficial. to have Mr.Dale
present. Trial 'in the matter 'is currently set to commence on December 1, 2021. The
