The motion passed unanimously. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. Request for out of state travel for Dan Dale to attend a defense interview from October 27 — 29, 2021 in Lancaster, PA. (Approved) PUBLIC WORKS 13. Authorization to accept Exhibit A—Amendment Twenty -Four, Ephrata Landfill FY 2021 Engineering and Environmental Services from Parametrix, Inc. for Phase 6 tasks. (Approved) 14. Request to declare surplus of County -Owned property and ordering the sale thereof. Items are 2 -Western Star Dump Trucks to sell to Ferry County Public Works through an Interlocal Agreement. (Approved, Resolution No. 21 -107 -CC) 15. Request to purchase winter tires in the amount of $13,601.14 through the Tire Factory utilizing the Omnia Contract No. 2019209 for Central Shop. (Approved) SHERIFF'S OFFICE 16. Request to surplus 2 Glock duty pistols (SNs: AALS272 and VSL756) that were used by retired Deputies Crowder and Canterbury and sell them to Old World Trading Company for the amount of $800.00. (Approved) 17. Budget extension request in the amount of $75,521.12 to purchase qty. 55 —14" Panasonic Toughbook computers for their vehicles. Technology Services will purchase the units and have agreed to pay $194,880.00. The Sheriff's Office is requesting the balance be paid from Law and Justice Funds (#121). Purchase Order No. 384 in the amount of $14,049.91 to TeamViewer for their subscription renewal with AddOn Channel and Mobile Support. (Approved) 3:00 p.m. — 3:10 p.m. Open Record Public Hearing, Ordinance Amending Ch. 11.32 of the GCC titled "No Parking Area" (N and S Grandview Cul -de -Sacs) The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Ch. 11.32 of the Grant County Code titled "No Parking Areas" to add two cul-de-sacs located west of State Route 17 and north of the City of Moses Lake (Grandview North and Grandview South). Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director discussed the proposed ordinance. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
