Dear BOCC,
Last fiscal year Facilities and Maintenance purchased a John Deere side by side to use for snowplowing

and yard work to replace the Honda ATV, Grant County Asset Number 102635, that was being used. The
Honda ATV is now a surplus item.
I am requesting permission from the Grant County Board of Commissioners to proceed with an online
auction of the Honda ATV and the attached implements (snowplow, tank, pump, rears spray bar, hand

sprayer nozzle and 2 helmets) using the Public Surplus website (https://www.publicsurplus.com) with an
estimated value of $2500.
The income from this sale would be credited to the Facilities and Maintenance operating expenses.
