Let me begin by apologizing for our error on the timeframe of the reimbursements requested by Samaritan. In light of
our misunderstanding and error, we would like to request a 30 -day extension to submit the proper documentation. The
reason for this request is that we need time to identify the proper documentation that meets the timeframe of t . he' grant
