Central Services Budget Extension

3:08 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the following budget
extension request from the Central Services Department in the amount of $281,300.00 for the MUSCO
lighting project (126.168). The previous extension request was approved by the Board in 2020 but the
funds were put into the General Fund and not carried into the Central Services 2021 budget.
Tom Gaines, Central Services Director discussed the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to approve the budget extension as presented.
The motion passed unanimously.
