Dear County Coim-aissioners,
I am requesting a budget extension and transfer in the amount of $3,000,000 for the ERP
Reserve Fund, #312, for the purchase of the County's new ERS' system, The anticipated
5 -year cost of a new ERP system ranges from $2,500,000 to $4,500,000, depending on
which vendor'I's ultimately selected.
You have previously approved budget extensions and transfers from Current Expense
(fund 00t) in the amount of $2,000,000 for this project. If you approve this additional
request for $3,000,000, the estimated 5 -year cost of the ERP system will be fully covered.
