2. Budget extension request in the amount of $3,000,000.00 for the ERP Reserve Fund, #312 for
the purchase of the County's new ERP system. Previously approved budget extension transfers
from Current Expense (fund 001) in the amount of $2,000,000.00 were already made for this
project. If additional $3,000,000.00 request is approved, the estimated 5- year cost of the ERP
system will be fully covered.
