The session was then continued to 1:40 p.m. Commissioner Carter closed the session at 1:40 p.m. 2:30 p.m. — 3:00 p.m. Consent Agenda (1 through 16) A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to approve items 1 through 16 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amounts of $460,739.03 and $408.00) 2. Budget extension request in the amount of $3.,000.,000.00 for the ERP Reserve Fund, #312 for the purchase of the County's new ERP system. Previously approved budget extension and transfers from Current Expense (fund 001) in the amount of $2,000,000.00 were already made for this project. If additional $3,.000,.000.00 request is approved, the estimated 5- year cost of the ERP system will be fully covered.
