Development Services Fee Schedule Amendment

3:55 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider amendments to the
Development Services Land Use application and Permit Fee schedules.
Tyler Lawrence, Assistant Director, described the proposed amendments.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the fee schedules as presented,
noting the addition that a yearly update will be based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) 12 -month
change established in December annually to be effective on or about January 1 of each year. The
motion passed unanimously.
