The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a franchise agreement from
Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC to construct, operate, and maintain a fiber optic cable on
certain County Road Rights -of -Way within the County of Grant, State of Washington, for theur ose of

providing wholesale telecommunications services to enterprise customers. Within S 3, 4, 5 6 7 8 9 10
11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 363 20/21N, R23/24 E WM.
Keith Elefson, County Engineer gave a brief description of the application, stating Public Works
recommends approval.
Bart Yeates, Intermountain Infrastructure Group, was there to answer any questions.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close thep ublic
comment portion of the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to approve the franchise as presented. The
motion passed unanimously.
