Grant County Public Works is formally requesting a 2021 Budget Extension for ER & R (510) in the
amount of $800,000.00 (eight hundred thousand).
The reason for the request is due to the following factor: to Vep 44.

In 2020, the Board of Commissioners approved the purchase of sr% A j va p4R4eks- The orders for the
trucks were placed in 2020. However, due to the pandemic, the equipment did not make it to our
facility until early this year (2021). Because these trucks were budgeted for 2020, but not delivered until
2021, they were not accounted for in the 2021 budget. However, since these trucks were approved for
2020, and the replacement funds had been collected, there is no impact to the overall ER&R fund.
