Public Records Portal(GovQA) update J
Please find attached a quote received for a one-time processing fee to update the
GovQA platform. The update will better serve the department users and myself in
better tracking of requests as well as providing a better communication avenue for
the involved departments on each request.
It is my hope this may be approved and implemented before year-end as further
platform changes are anticipated to be launched in January (at n0 cost) that will
likely require my doing hands-on training with much of the workforce involved
with public records, and I would like to be up -to -speed before attempting to train
others.
