Re: Snow Removal Contract with Dircio's Landscaping Inc
Dear BC,
November 15' of this year the contract for the snow removal mid de-icing of the Grant County
C Street Campus, Youth Ser. rices in Ephrata, and the Moses Lake Wheeler Road facility parking
lots expired.
A request for bids to contract for these services xvas sent out and of the responsive bids, Dircio"s
Landscaping Inc was the lowest. They will plow snow for the three sites noted for up to total of
$720 per event and de-ice the three sites for up to a total of $500 per event, tax not included. The
agreement w1il allow the snow plowing and de-icing to be charged at a cost per site as dictated
by the. but the Count's needs. For example, if the Wheeler Road facility did not require Plowincy

Ephrata sites did, the cost for that event would be $520 instead of the cost for all three sites.
Which would be $720. 1
Therefore, I am requesting the Grant County Board of Commissioner's to approve and enter into
a three-year agreement with Dircio's Landscaping for the snow i

the Grant County C Street Campus in Ephrata, the Youth Services Facility in Ephrata, and the
Wheeler Road Facility in Moses Lake. The Contract for this agreement is attached. '
